AdSense acc is Partially Approved!

Hi Memebers!
A couple of days back I signed up into Google AdSense. Now, I have got email from Google saying that they have completed a partial review of my application, and I may begin placing AdSense code on my site. The mail also says they will conduct a further review after I have placed the AdSense code on my site and will notify me of full approval or disapproval within 4 business days.
Does that really mean my site has met necessary qualifications required for Adsense or its just a normal first step which Google asks for everyone who asks for Adsense?
What steps should I take for my site so that I get my AdSense account completely approved? Is the no of clicks on adds or traffic to my site gonna affect the final approval??

So i guess you can use the code for placing ads. but they will check for the content after you place them (MAYBE)

you must add the code for ads but no ads will show.
The ads will show only after they review your site

Yes, I have pasted the ad code. The ad unit box blends in with the background of my webpage. So, apparently the add is not visible!
Also should I place the adds only on home page or all the pages..any idea?

place wherever they will judge your traffic then approve and also they see content

I have gone through Adsense Blog. There are many publishers out there shouting for their application to get verified completely! I hope this won't happen with me!!

I got my adsense approved 2 years back just in 4 hours.
Though i have not use till now. Just thinking of making a suitable site then i will place adsense on that.

Your account is ready to be fully approved. Just place your ads and after 4 days they will definitly approve.

Does it mean it is under review?
