Its a pretty decent price seeing that page gets the majority of all hits. and people automaticly scroll to download links at the bottom of the post, making it perfect for advertising.

you would need to evaluate that, they would bring traffic and help with google SEO as for direct results thats something you need to draw from yourself or others as experience will be different depending on keywords, relevance etc.
