Ya it works. This happened a while ago.

What happened was they turned off their old outdated servers so for the owners of the existing software they had to release usable keys that didn't require online activation. They clearly state that you must have a valid licence to use it but it obviously can't be enforced or tracked. As a company they got a lot of good press about this move at the time and its not just Photoshop but all Adobe CS2 products.

So ya technically it's not free and you need a licence. The fact they can't track you doesn't make it any less illegal.

Well it's not cracked, patched or any other kinda crap so in my books and also Snapfiles (which is a very large freeware site, maybe one of the biggest, who have listed it as freeware) so you can judge it for yourself...
