Adobe flash issues with firefox

It seems my flash is out of date but won't update, any ideas?

Mozilla has blocklisted all vulnerable versions of Adobe Flash in its Firefox ... Mozilla has had enough of Flash's security flaws, disables Firefox Flash plugin ..... Update it in the browser, and everything works again like before.

Flash is going to die. It is better to uninstall it at all.

Update it manually, it's simple. I have a lot of problems with flash plugin in firefox, but many sites still use it, so i need to for work.

it sucks up all the memory, maybe I need to get some more memory:P
