Hey people, recently i have been looking on the internet and there is not dedicated forum for 'Webmaster Resources'! I have been looking into it and recently got a fresh VPS + Domain. If anyone would be interested in administrating it and have some good ideas for it then please PM me.

If I were you I wouldn't offer anyone 50% unless they could bring something substantial to the project.
