addming menu buttons

Hii guyz
I want to remove this ad and want to add the forum menu button in there.

Can someone temme how can I do that,.
Also gimme the code for a sample link with image button

Also temme about adding the menu button above the searchbox that empty space if possible

well you need to find out where the code is on the template

best to search for the image link

then just copy what is there and use it for your own
