Hey,

I only have one banner ad in the footer of my site, and one line of text about donations in the header.

But these can only be seen by guests.

Is this a good idea, keeping it 100% clean for members, and ads for guests.

Just need some advice on it. And some personnel experience from everyone.

Thanks in advance.

I have 4 ads on my site.
One under the navbar (Guests/Members view this)
One before my footer (Guests only)
One pop under (Guests only on formuhome)
And one in my Postbit (Guests/members only)

When you buy VIP you get free ad removal

Depends...granted it will give you the best appeal without ads, its really up to you.
I used to have it set so guests would only see ads in the topics, and members would only see an ad on the forum home page..

I would suggest making it so people can't stay logged in 24/7...like with no autologin and stuff, so when they visit the URL to login, they are still seeing the ad and it counts as a view which can count towards earnings.

I now have two adverts in the footer, only viewable by guests.

I was thinking of having five links in my header, and charging $2 a week for links to be placed there.

But I averaged out at 1066 Unique page views for my first week, and im not sure that will suffice.

Or would it work. Only two bucks?

What you guys think?
