You can try bidvertiser they have a pretty small cashout at only $10 which is good for smaller sites like yours or if your interested in something that earns more money you could give Speedyads a try its cashout at only $50 and it will be pretty easy to get if the reviews I've seen are credible.

Bidvertiser- Good start, 19cents per click, 10 bucks minimum pay out, but goes down in CPC and then you'll never reach 10 bucks. Plus the only allow 1 click per ip per day, i dont recommend it.
Infolinks- pretty good text ads(those words which get a ad pop up) its nice but its for high traffic sites so if you dont have anybody clicking on it you'll never get cash,
Bottom line cheque or GTFO
or wait till yahoo publisherrs network(no warez)
