IS there anyway to have like a splash page which the domain goes to first then it will have an ad on it. Once they click on the ad it will pop up on one page and on the other it will go on top the next page?

if i understand what your asking right this can be done in javascript, there are a few sites you can get them from google is your friend.

You could try an Adbrite Full Page Add, where you have a page and then it loads the add page, and then they can click the skip add button to get back to the page. (live example which explains what i mean better http://www.adbrite.com/mb/country_tabs.php )

This kind of does what you are aiming to achieve without the need to write custom javascript, i would offer to write you some code, but my java is rather non-existant lol

Ok, i think i may have misread your message, do you mean you want the ad to open in a new window when someone clicks it ?

It going to be a smaller ad and once they click it a tab open for the ad to take them where ever and the original tab takes them to my site.
