Account closed although I sent required documents

Payoneer Account Approval Department closed my account although I sent required documents when they asked for it, I am waiting for a replacement card to arrive in the newt two weeks as the first one got lost in the mail, in the meantim you close my account ??
I hope an official representative will answer me here. I can send him reference number by PM if needed.
