About wrzhost?

I just bought a semi-dedicated server plan from wrzhost, and paid, they sent an email saying they've received the money and i've successfully paid it.

And its been already nearly 4-5hours I haven't received my login details of cpanel, nor I have receive a respond in the tickets I submitted 4hrs back, I'm not complaining or trying to make a bad review about the site, I just wanted to know if there's anything wrong I did or I have to do, to obtain the details and respond from them. Thank you!

Okay, maybe its the semi-dedi plan, cause I've always hosted on shared ones, and they give details immediately as soon as I've installed, and yeah, by the way you guys said, I suppose its all good then, I'mma wait then. =)
 
anybody know how much resources (CPU load) does a wrzhost shared server allow us to use?

and is a shared server from wrzhost good for a vBulletin forum with 7,000 members and not show any database errors??
 
Im guessing since they are a UK based company they go by their timezone so they are sleeping? they should have at least a person from USA providing support.
 
Depending on what you want set up can take upto 24 hours.
For the ticket response times - you have to consider that there is also other tickets that need sorting so id say withi 10 hours is a good reply time.

As for the person that has 7k members.. it would depend on how many are at your website at one time etc.

like how many users online at the same time will trigger a database error on a shared server? will 50-100 users at the same time on a vbulletin forum trigger an error?

This is strange,

As I said prior to you ordering - it's an automatic setup on the account and you'll be emailed your details.

However it appears you haven't received your email. therefore please let me know your client ID (by PM or email) and I will resend you the email from a personal account.

Please note: quite a few of our emails hit spam filters due to the fact we have migrated our site and our rDNS/PTR records haven't updated.

We have many large forums on the server which run without any problems - if you wanted to get a more technical answer please log a ticket with our pre-sales team and somebody will be able to assist you further.
