About payoneer and skrill

Hi,
I was trying to add the us service to my skrill account, however when I tryed to add my bank account, I got an error (I need to add a bank account from my country first). So I tryed to attach my credit card (payonerr cc), also I got an error.
Is the any solution to start receiving money from skrill to payoneer?

It sounds like Skrill is requiring that you first add a bank account in your country, and then you can add an account from a different country. You shouldn't be required to send a payment, though.

I would suggest adding an account from your country, and then adding the US Payment Service right after.
