Not true anymore. The dispute feature is now for both tangible goods as well as for services.

Mind though:
1 - It had to be paid by normal way, not as a gift.
2 - Always close a dispute when a solution has been implied by the receiver. Once you close a dispute you can't open it again.

Look here . They will never refund the amount as they have clearly mentioned there is no refund for intangible items

These guy's have no idea what they are doing! i have been trying with them for weeks just to get my client ID and still nothing! you contact their support and they just pass the buck to someone else and still nothing gets resolved.

My site is currently down and they can't even find the domain they setup to fix it, so what's that tell ya? honestly guy's keep away from them they have no idea!

these guy's also use fatpighost.com to try and hide the incompetence

okay id like to say, Alibaba, was and is NOT a scam, i have used them time and time again ,yes they have a bit of issues at times, but there hosting is quite reliable/and good. Especailly for the prices.. I have had them host DLThe(net) and a few other sites, with NO issues, just make sure you PAY... because they do not SAVE Backups.
