I am using Platinum SEO.Heres the pic of it

can someone please tell me how to change the site description under in google search to something i want,say ..atm its just showing the description of the first post at the time of indexing

Hi...

Make your desc. very top on the page, that u want to appear in google.
The desc. google fetches is may be from one of you post. put all ur targetted keyword within 100 words.

You can't remove the date, Google shows when was the page last updated.
