you can't get an iphone 4S for $350.

You won't get any at all for $350 that is worth it. Save up the extra $150 and get one that you will be happy with.

NOKIA SUCKS now when u compare with phones all loaded with awesome features & same price. Nokia doesnt provide anything near to current diff android phones. GO for Sony Xperia Mini series better then Nokia with better features & same price


@OP: Apple iPhone 4S is sexy option with Siri but that wont be in ur budget... u can try samsung galaxy or sony xperia series.
 
If i have that i would go with Nokia 700 or 701 or HTC Desire series . or something of Samsung galaxy series. Dont go for Sony ericsson as they dint give you good battery backup.They suck at battery. :D

It will perfectly suit for your budget.........;)

but the Nokia Lumia 710 (~18000)...you can go for other devices but please dont go for any Android shits...and Lumia 710 is better than the Neo V
