Why not?

I'd go either with the iPhone, N900 (gigantic but powerfull as hell) or an Android device (something from the HTC series, X10...?). If those kind of devices don't suit you can check out Nokias N97/N95 8GB.

Go to a carrier store and check a few phones out to see what you want
