VPS 9xhost.info - Linux VPS Starting at $7.75 [NL/US]

So this is the second time in about a week that this has happened too me, I have been with this company for 10 days

I mean they fix it quick but still it puts me 3-4 hours behind when I'm trying to edit something through the cpanel.

Anyway I thought I would let everyone know about this.
 
Yes the agreement we had with our cpanel provider is went into some issues, we are transferring them to another provider.

But you should get a pro-rated refund by sending us a ticket, we will be sending you refund within 12-24 hours.

Agreed, I contacted your support a few hours ago and it is still coming up with the error. They said it would be fixed within 2 hours.

Who told you few hours ?

I asked you too for a refund, I'm not sure If some one told you about two hours.

Please give me your ticket number where we said that we will get this fixed for you in 2 hours, this issue is something other then our approach.

We can do a pro-rated refund for you people.

I don't really want a refund as I am happy with your services the only problem is this cpanel problem. I was talking with one of your live chat people I gave them my ticket ID etc.

What is the Locations of your VPSs and hwo to chose it.
Please can you PM me a VPS IP to tes ping on it ?

Well your issue still has not been fixed even though someone said that the issue was fixed. I replied to the ticket more than 12 hours ago.
