Hi,
thanks for the notification, this has been fixed.
We allow you to host nulled scripts on germany server, but we do not ignore DMCA there, once we get DMCA you've to remove the content.
Where as we've VPSs in NL in leaseweb datacenter, they don't have strict rules on DMCA.

Sites side was working fine, we are doing some updates on cPanel side, it took 30-60 minutes.
If you submit a support ticket if any problem occurs you will get fast response. Because I respond here when I come online.

We do not ignore DMCA in Germany/France but in Netherland if DMCA is out of Netherlands we can ignore.
phpmyadmin and mysql is on latest versions.
