Is the proxy rotating?
We currently offer residential proxies without rotation, but a rotating feature will be added soon.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is there a data limit?

How long is the alive time?
As a residential proxy, each proxy can live from a few hours up to 24 hours.
What if a proxy does not work?
If the proxy you decide to use is not working, check it in Today List in 9Proxy App within 60 seconds, and if it's invalid, a replacement proxy will be immediately added to your balance.
Can I share my account with multiple people?
Yes, you can share your account with multiple people or use the Share Code feature for easier management.
Do you offer refunds for your services?
We do not provide refunds for our services as they are intangible and irrevocable. However, you can report a non-functioning proxy within 60 seconds, and we will promptly refund the credit to your account.
Is there any exclusive discount for Wjunction members?
