You usually are lucky to to get 10-15mbit/s on burstnet standard bandwidth servers.
And they aren't bad for the price you pay, 4tb bw a month.

Its not total crap. They had network outrage issues in Jan 2010 & also in Oct or Nov 2009. At that time, their network was very slow. It has now come back to a better connectivity & probably no downtime. Burst NET is the best US Server provider

if you ask Burstnet People this , they say the server is connected to our Pool , but the will never mention any dedicated link to server,

I've asked a support team, the guy said it is possible to use your total BW in 5 days, so I guess the speed is good enough.
Also, for only $40 there's an unmetered 100 Mbps uplink.

Well, it matters to me. If I were to buy, I'll be sharing with my team so if it's shared uplink and getting only 40-60 Mbits at the time, it's not going to work well for a server with 8 users. So I wanted to know whether it's shared to dedicated but thx for the reply.
