Change this "
/wp-content/cache/supercache/" to 777 and also do what XSLTel told, I'm not sure about that :P

OK I did both one by one
Changed this "/wp-content/cache/supercache/" to 777
and delete this from main .htaccess
# Disable directory browsing Options All -Indexes
but still not working
I can access homepage but not any page of the website
EDIT: I just went to Wordpress Settings and changed
WordPress address (URL) : http://www.gameshunt.org to http://gameshunt.org
and its working perfect .. and I have reset Supercache permission to 755
