OK i am having a contest to see who can make a great looking logo for my skin below, i will give the best logo $50 after 7 days from now.

Logo must have a glassy look about it, also must incorporate the forum colors.

Seize should be around 300 x 200 but should be able to reseize it in the psd.

Text must have: spiders webcenter or spiders wcenter you can use any of those 2.

Slogon: the place to chill out.

End of Contest 4 days from now. Notice i had to shorten the contest due to coding
finishing earlier.

Actually a logo shouldn't contain any of the images available on the net. By that I mean, you should have some sort of copyright or you must be the original creator of the image used in the logo.

@ Blaze u are absolutly right,but in the case of a warez based forum it dont matter a whole lot really,for legit sites/businesses tho tht get 1000s of hits and make a living from it then yes could get in copyright problems using clipart etc

Any image that is available to the public net without a copyright or watermark or TM on it is public property.
 
tht might be the case Spider.. but for big companys if u want it brandable anyway .. u need permission from the maker of the clipart,shapes etc to use it and be brandable. in this particular case tho i dont think there is anything to worry about myself

I thought its 50$ contest. So this is a big amount.

I usually participate in such contests on DP and win it. There, the people are much professional and thus they require brandable images :)

I forgot, that this is a warez scene :p nothing is brandable xD lol
 
lol I didn't realize I used their colours :P randomly used these ;) btw they are a bit different from the original spider man colours, I suppose. :P

Well said bro (y). But kids will be kids alas. Never saw 50 $ ever :| like me :'(
 
lol..many of us shifted from warez scene to pro work...there is really no money in warez scene..because the gfx artists r also doing 5 min work and payment is also just $5. in legal business, u spend nice time and earn atleast in 100s...but u have got to be really original and creative.
