Hiring $5 to someone who can give me a good idea

I have 1 server and sell RDPs in it. 80% of my clients pay by paypal.
In my Indian paypal, I can just receive funds but can't pay for server.

I tried creating 2-3 fake paypal but unfortunately they all got limited within 24 hours , one of them was verified by vcc too.

I can't send payment for hosting via debit card because I don't think its safe to make international payment and I won't do it.

Any other ideas ?

If I use your idea, I'll give you $5.

To be honest if you are serious about the whole hosting idea, why not just get a credit card and make an international payment? I really don't see the issue behind this.

If I were you, I would do what Whoo said and get a CC. Its fully safe to use a Credit Card with paypal just in case you have doubts.
