403 Forbidden Error on Dedi Server

I'm on dedicated server and one of my hosting account is giving error when the site is browsed which is hosted on this account. I'm getting 403 Forbidden error.

can anyone assist?

is this cpanel/directadmin/kloxo server

can you paste the output of Apache error_log here while accessing that 403 error page i guess it permission error, suexec,etc ...

tail -n 40 /var/log/httpd/error_log

paste the output here
