Title explains it all. Here is some more information about it:

I am looking to buy an already established online forum/business/website, which has a stable revenue and traffic.

1. I don't mind if its a warez forum [as long as it has STABLE revenue].
2. Should have proof of EVERYTHING which includes traffic and revenue.

better to start a new forum, and u can then do everything to make it popular.
seo's, backlinkings, advertising on top ddl's, etc etc..
it will be better, and u will feel more proud!

I have heard about a guy who was selling a site with 500$ monthly fixed revenue.

And the site has 10k unique google and direct visits.

Price was 5k$.

Its a Warez Site.
 
at your price ..... you just open a new forum , see most of the forums here are using nulled lisences and u will hardly get any business contact sites from here

if you want to start a good site , think about the niche , get 2 or 3 members who are in here who can develop the sites , purchase a lisence =(if using vb or ipb ) get someone who can take care of it , get a good VPS Server and get some people to help you around

make designs and take control of your own site

I wouldn't recommend wasting all that money behind a site or forum and especially a warez site since they can be taken down any time.

With $4000 dollars in your kitty, you can basically make a successful forum within a couple of months. If you can't do it yourself, pay a couple of hundred bucks to an experienced & trusted person and he will not only set your forum up but do all the SEO work too to make it successful.
 
400$!! =) you will be able to make a v v good forum with so much money, well, i am trying to make one, would be great if you start with me ....lol....:))
 
Rather start a hosting buisness
Its damn good and highly profittable

We started at $200 and sold at about $1000 + $600 profit in just 4 months
