Main requirement is quality traffic from 5TB/month each (or more)

Well i need something like 512 MB RAM, less then 15Gb HDD, minimal CPU i think it should be worth ~12usd each...100mbps

Have you looked at big and known companies such as Linode, yisp.nl, rackspace? I also have a good experience with RethinkVPS a long time ago, don't know how they are now though.

And i don't like OVH they have big setup fees, i don't want to pay setup fee for VPS.

then get a OVH dedi from ovh.co.uk or .com (depending on where you come from)

news is that ovh has removed setup on most of its range and will continue to do so on the rest

No OVH is not an option, I'm from Europe and need to pay stupid fees so 1 very poor VPS will cost to me around 30usd
