Hello,
Before making a website online there are 3 steps about the keywords that must be done!!
1) the competition of your keyword must be low
2) People that type this keyword must be at least 3.000 per month
3) Don't put many keywords at your webpage
If you accomplish these steps then you will have a huge opportunity to be at the first page of google.
But do not forget that google loves renewable content!!
