Sorry to say - artmotion is a networking company from Albania (84.22.42.231 - as you posted the IP here) but they don't have over 100mbit/s how do you offer 1Gbps? Also that's Albania man everything is limited there and that IP got DDoSed! If you offer Serbia - then offer Serbian IP for test. And Panama is not DMCA Friendly.

If you looking for real DMCA friendly space - either found provider who can take care of your objection like _____________. or go to Pakistan.

I'm not massing up here. I just saw some post where demanding something impossible, so I'm here.

Should explain most of it.

The servers are true 1Gbit shared uplink as the datacenter provides ISP services to the local client along with IPTV. So they have their leased line in the country.

Also, Panama is DMCA friendly. If you take it in negative sense then no country is free from any copyright infringement cases. Every datacenter has to follow its country's court orders, so if you file a lawsuit in the datacenter's country and you win the case, then the datacenter will take action. This is common sense.
 
If this is really 1 Gbps link this is a very good deal, can you tell me about the freedom of speech in this country ?
 
@SSJ, Yes it is 1Gbit uplink (shared port). We will not fool people to signup for the services and later on provide fake service thus getting a bad reputation for the company as whole.

I believe you've run into a wall. Artmotion is Albanian company and their datacenters are based in Albania. The IP range you see is registered in Serbia because they are unable to provide internet services in Kosovo under Albanian registered IP range (reasons are unknown to public), so your server is mostly located in Albania. If you really want Serbian geo-located server, than go to some popular internet providers:

Orion Telekom - Orion telekom | Ozbiljna veza
EUnet Hosting - Namenski serveri ? EUnet Hosting / Serveri
NiNet - https://www.ninet.rs/dedicated-serveri

Also, there is one other option, to contact KGB Hosting/EvoVPS.com which has their private room in Orion Telekom and their own IP range with really good uplinks. Suggestion: contact directly to Igor or Djordje (iggi [at] kgb-hosting.com or relja [at] kgb-hosting.com). I believe that you will get a really nice speeds with saving a lot of bucks with EvoVPS.

Thanks for the information. But the servers are located in Serbia. The ISP is Serbian ISP which provides IPTV to local people in Serbia. They have launched their datacenter recently. If anyone (or the staff to prove legitimacy) wants detailed clarification on this then they can PM me. I will provide you with the proof that the servers are located in Serbia and even the IP Range is of Serbia too.

Artmotion is not Serbian ISP but Albanian providing internet services to the Kosovo (territorial entity of Serbia, at border with Albania).

Company Artmotion does not exist in SBRA (The Serbian Business Registers Agency), you may check it at link bellow, therefore they are not able to provide ISP services in Serbia, at least not legally.

I would like to know if there is any control panel, like SolusVM ?
Also, I suggest you to install a looking glass on that test IP, so all can test the ping, traceroute, etc.

I'm sorry to disappoint you but we use Proxmox. So we cannot offer a separate client panel.

What we have planned is that we asked for quotes from 3 different web developers to design/code a custom client panel using the Proxmox API. If the deal is successful then the panel will be made or else there is a plugin already made for WHMCS, we will purchase that ;)

My review:
back in topic, the speeds are quite good for a kosovo vps, truly 1gbit in my opinion.
why im saying that?
because the nearest server is in prishtina (kosovo) 0 km.

Conclusion:
This results are solely based on speedtest servers location. Maybe speedtest.net sees kosovo as serbia, for that reason says: faster than 99% of RS.
belgrade nearest server is 246km. nearest serbian server is 92km, nearest kosovo server is 0km (prishtina), nearest other kosovo server is skopje 77km.


Afterall, I like the speeds, but not having a control panel and opening a ticket or smthing else in order to format or reset the vps, should be improved for sure.


Question: How can I format my vps with proxmox? I have to open a ticket, or there is a tutorial about it ?

Thanks for the wonderful review.

The node is on a true Gbit uplink and we are in process of expanding it with more speed and better connectivity.

For time being you will have to deal with the support system. Creating ticket to reboot/format/installOS on the VPS. Proxmox doesn't provides any webpanel interface for clients :( But it is more stable than SolusVM.

We got a great demand for the control panel and it is being considered by the technical staff. I will update you shortly when the new control panel system is finished (should be done early).

I used them one time . and I never will do that again !
not friendly support team . bad service . slow response . bad servers
NEVER will back to them again specially after they stole my money and suspend my server cause I asked a refund after I notice very bad performance !

May I know what kind of server did you order ? Can you provide me with your Client ID ? So that I can look into this.
I don't think so that any of our clients had bad experiences with any of the service. Please do reply back with your Client ID.
