We just updated our GeoIP database to ensure proper recognition of countries. However, since especially IPv4 ranges in Europe should all have been assigned a long time ago, the new IP list probably won't change anything visibly. But feel free to check and give feedback about your stats ;)

My stats still freezed, I got 1 download in the last 5 days, today the counter is still in 0 downloads. (I have more than 3 TB Stored and shared in HDSTREAM*)

I hope your team can found where is the bug / problem.

*Just for be downloaded not streaming, and as i told before our traffic is 90+% from Spain and a lot of them uses jdownloader.

Hello, because I have the same problem the previous partner, more than three weeks ago that no accumulation shock, my traffic is 95% from Spain, yAll use Jdownloader or Mipony this gesture a minority. Days ago you answer the private sending the file to make testing and today still have not answered me with nothing.


I beg solve the problem
 
Traffic from Spain is being counted. However, if your users are not using a real browser, they are not supposed to count.

If your DLs don’t count it might be
- your users don’t use a real browser (download managers, bots and the like)
- your users users just downloaded another file
- your traffic is from countries that don’t count

Hello, it is clear that someone is lying or not we see the same things, it is impossible from one day to another, or better an hour to another, everyone stops with jdownloader download and start downloading with a browser that is not real as you say, the answer is the same as 10 days ago and the same as two weeks ago

files with under 70 MB are counted half the PPD commission

We can not find any issue. As shown above in the screenshot there are many users with a working PPD counter. However, we are sorry if a PPD program under these conditions may not work for some of you.




@vedatyes: we are sorry for the delay. there is a closer investigation of your traffic ongoing. As stated in your mail, because you did not generate any leads even though you had a lot of traffic

All your users stopped downloading with download managers from one day to another? Impossible. It is possible that some download managers were able to evade our JavaScript browser checks in the past and therefore could participate in PPD. But that was never officially the case and never intended. While you can feel free to use download managers and we don't try to block them or slow them down, they can not participate in our PPD. Only real browsers can.


@vedatyes: we are looking into it. As already mentioned you have quite a lot of traffic and yet not a single free user registration (and no premium too). This is quite unusual compared to other affiliates. But maybe also just from download managers...
 
We are working on it. However, there are currently more important features and improvements we are working on. So maybe it will be another 1-2 months until it's ready.

Aside from uploading via https://hdstream.to , there are 2 other options:
- We can recommend you our PHP Upload class: https://1tube.to/downloads/HD.PHP.API.rar It includes many examples.
- Also take a look at https://1tube.to/p/api/ for a HTTP API specification.
As you can see Uploads to 1tube are working, just the UI is still missing. For watching streams this isn't a problem though ;)

We recently increased the number of streams a free user can watch. They should now be able to watch at least 4-6 streams before they are being asked to upgrade to a premium account.
The exact number of streams per free user depends on his country as well as his engagement in our advertisements.

Do you count views from Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, Slovenia and other eastern european countries?
At the moment I'm using Openload because they pay for views of all countries.

Currently only those countries can participate in PPD: https://1tube.to/p/affil/
They all are in the same tier for 20€ for 1000 downloads/streams.

However we plan to implement a second tier (for less than 20 € for 1000 views) and it will be ready very soon.

We will get back to you with an update on this within THIS WEEK.
Good to know your preference. Any other countries that should be included in a 2nd tier?
