After the great success of our previous corporation http://www.wjunction.com/showthread.php?t=40359
We are looking for new server for <3encoding<3 Purposes.

:)WHOLE SERVER:)​

CPU : Dual 'Nehalem' Quad Core Xeon 5520 NEW!8 x 2.26GHz + hyper-threading CPU
RAM : INCREDIBLE! 12GB DDR3
HDD : (Upgraded) 2 x 500GB with RAID 0
SPEED : 1Gbps Dedicated Bandwidth
OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Std 64-Bit
TRAFFIC : 100TB Bandwidth​

FOR EACH USER

ACCESS : User
CPU : Shared among 15 users
RAM : Shared among 15 users
HDD : 100GB with RAID 0
SPEED : Shared among 15 users
OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Std 64-Bit
TRAFFIC : 6 TB Bandwidth Outbound (Inbound unlimited)
IP : Shared among 15 users

And let's see if 5 people encode at the same time for a prolonged time.

But be fair, he has to sell to 15 users. At a price of $32 not an easy thing to do. And we all want to make a profit ... we're not all into charity.

And there is a risk ... if three people leave, the others will be required to leave also because it's no longer profitable or break even.
 
It doesn't have to be for encoding, people can use it to upload, ill take a spot for 30$ if u have the server already.
 
But if there are people encoding, the uploaders will be at risk because of the load, unless he makes them into different VPSes.

I've seen this on a shared RDP (with a powerful CPU and 8Gb of RAM) where only one person was encoding (handbrake) and RAR/UNRAR became unusable.
 
hey guys, the reason for extra cash is because just like sniffdog said if some people leave the server needs some extra incomes to the ones who are staying can continue on the server while searching for new users.

PS: You don't have to be encoder to get into this server. You can be just uploader and only do uploading. We have a server already with 8 threads and it does raring and unraring pretty fast even though multiple users were online at the same time.

My point was related to people encoding, not just being online. With a pretty fast CPU uploading and RAR/UNRAR should be manageable even if a good amount of people is uploading.

Encoding uses a lot of resources ... both CPU and memory.

This is encoding on my i7 930 overclocked to 3.50Ghz. Imagine 3-5 people encoding at the same time.

Bro. i m not keeping money for me.... it's for RAID 0 and for extra Hdd...and also paypal fee is also included....(Do u think i am going to pay from my pocket)

bcoz total cost will b $ 476.65 if i took 2 additional Hdd. i mentioned 15 users so i have to take 1 extra 500 GB Hdd but if anything needed it will b deducted from my HDD share.... :)

Bro this a Corporation Not Client or vendor case ....

You should think it as Ur resources (Don't trying to **** the whole)
we should cooperate with each others.....
If it would need extra resources will b taken after discussion...:):)<3
