While I understand your support to the community, however keep in mind:

1) while giving out backlinks, specially edu/gov, once you post them on a public forum, they are not worth being backlinks anymore.
2) All your links are no-follow; so that's another loss.

Besides, panda now focuses more on quality than backlinking. Many would like to disagree but that's just my point.
