I'm only looking for Alexa ranks of around 600k or better. Mine is currently sitting around 215k.
My traffic is very heavy from Japan, followed by USA and China.
Be mindful of your own visitors. Just ask yourself if it makes sense to trade links with this website.

Your link will show up inside an embedded google docs spreadsheet on my sidebar. There are a few reasons for this, but the biggest is ease of management. My website script is not equipped with a global sidebar. It also makes it easier to embed the links on both websites.
NOTE: The link list is not added yet, because I have no links to add. When I get my first offer, and then have the list started - I will add the sheet to my sidebars.
