Microsoft just publicly encouraged thousands of teenagers to start phishing. Because they all will now hope to get caught and be hired by some epic internet giant.

And oh yeah I agree with someone on this thread, earlier - phishing is barely a talent. It's far, far from being a talent. It's something everyone and anyone can do.
