You can find the remote upload option in your File Browser.
The only payment option that we currently have is PayPal. Soon we will have Moneybookers, Webmoney and Payoneer.
But if you don't have PayPal we may think for other solution

- the download speed for free user is 100K, the download speed for registered users is 200K, for Premium - Unlimited.

- There is no limit for download. There is a limitation only for upload.
