The server is slow + support guy is rude.
Hi,

If 1 user complain in 50+ users that speed is slow what you think support guy reply to you, did you check what you write to support guy? that wasn't rude?

We don't have any upload speed issue all is OK support guy also showed you speedtest proof about it.

Upload speed on the server is slow and i don't give a damn obout the other 50+ users . No one pay my invoice.
Im not a new user ... months ago was everything okay but in the last month when i noticed that the upload speed became slow day after day on my server i asked the support to fix it . Seems you got many new users so losing -1 is not a big deal .
14 months i think is enough .

Yes losing 1 client is not a problem, but writing wrong is what we care, I can prove you wrong that speed is the issue.

Hello, your website is down for more than 48h, i'm trying to access it to pay my invoice but everytime i try it's down.

My Rdp still working tho only your website is down, but i need to pay my invoice before next week.
