I give up! I sent 2 "Contact Us" messages and 3 emails and haven't heard back from anyone. I guess this is what I get for getting a year of Prem at one time. I knew I wouldn't make it through the year with no problems.

@FileFox Is there a problem with uploading files to FileFox today? I've been trying to upload some files for a couple days with no luck getting them uploaded. Any help would be appreciated And yes, my sub is current until 07-07-2019.

Ditto I have been getting the same error for over a week. It will not let me download anything when I am logged in on my Premium Account. If I sign out, the files will download just fine but I do not do this because it takes too long to download anything. This is why I pay for the Premium...
