Sorry, but what else do I have to prove? A screenshot can easily be faked, access to the domain can't so. I could easily change some other domain of mine to WarezScope.com with FireBug, but I cannot fake an access like that.
The expiration can always be checked through Whois.net
Willing to sell WarezScope.com domain.
It's on namecheap at the moment.

Hello,
I am making a thread on behalf of a close friend of mine:
He and another 2 men were founding a game-hosting company, which would have provided Gameservers along with VPS and web-hosting. They put a lot of money and work into developing a custom site based on WHMCS software, into...
A transferred/used WHMCS license is not worth $300 as it cannot be transferred anymore and reseller licenses are available for $280-$290. I am just stating that if someone doesn't need their license anymore, I am more than happy to take it.
As hard as it is for me to believe what's pitbullvinnie is saying, it's even harder for me to believe anything coming from RapidSpeeds side as their actions during this outage have been anything but professional - juast lying and hiding the truth, keeping us in the dark with not communicating at...
You are really gullible/optimistic. There was no ddos attack. Leaseweb is already promising to sell RapidSpeeds servers to their previous respective "owners" and you still hope for RapidSpeeds to make a comeback. Time to take off the rose-colored glasses.
The legal issues that leaseweb is talking about are regarding them using the data on RapidSpeeds' servers to provide you with the backups. They cannot use the data just like that. It's not about RapidSpeeds being in trouble. My best guess is that RapidSpeeds' management decided to wrap it up and...
There is no network issue according to leaseweb, so it's definitely something else.
I have a hunch that they sold the site/domain/clientdatabse etc (not the company as a whole, in legal terms).
It raises another question - why did they talk about ddos'ing?
In addition, there is a company called Rapidspeed Limited in the register. In most countries, one wouldn't be able to register "Rapidspeeds Limited" in that case, don't know the exact business laws of the UK though.
Where do you take your information?
You don't need to dissolve a company to change its name. It was struck off the register:
"FINAL GAZETTE: DISSOLVED VIA VOLUNTARY STRIKE-OFF"
