Quite tru, Even more to the point, Most $3 hosts are worse then free host, I even know where to get a free VDS with loads of features free for a year, worth a lot of money!

the one for phpbb2/3 was made by a guy from the warez-bb development team. Warez-bb themselves are using the bb2 version so i know it work (and well) and I am using the bb3 version which has a couple of annoying bugs and nearly recked my site when i installed it but the advantages still outweigh...
