Thanks for the reply, problem solved. Recently updated Jetpack by WordPress.com and UpdraftPlus - Backup/Restore plugin that caused problem, deactivated then working fine. I will check later which one exactly caused this error..

As far as I know there is no plugin.. if you are hosting videos on third party they provide seveiral thumbnails. I chose videobam for that just for thumbnails only then I remove, its waste of time I know..but didn't find a plugin yet. I will wait for replies here...
