How can i restrict the users to access the dash board who have the role of subscriber?

Why is google showing my site with the url/urls, this site is linked with instead of actual url of this site in search result? Is this why because google not respect the co.cc domain or any reason else?

i have some misconceptions to be get rid of..plx. do google not index the pages of social networks? do social networks could not get the organic traffic? is this true google gave more respect to the forums than social networks (google shows more results of forums in search)? in buddypress...
