They are able to provide you enough bandwith, but they are coming up short between peak hours. Overall bandwith quality is good, but oversold. This is my experiance with them.

What is your budget and your desired location? There is a lot of provider that can give you 10TB, but for atleast 60-80€ For this much of traffic worldstream.nl is you best choice, because others are much more expensive.
