    it seems your IP is being blocked, did u messed around password protecting your directory in cPanel ? kind of same thing happend to me also, you should contact your host provide they can check if the IP is blocked or not, they will also be able to fix this issue.

    I don't think I should be doing that, if I remove that line search engines won't know where get sitemap for my site besides google recommends that line http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=183669 anyways thanks for the reply:)

    Total Page indexed are 87 and not selected are 168 and it is like this for about 4 weeks. is that ok ? :(
