Have you tried to reinstall wp? How did you install wp, through ftp?

Install a plugin called Advanced Access Manager and in it make sure that the admin has level 10 rights ( i.e full control over the site). Your problem should go away after installing this.

@Alertpay support How long does it take for a bank wire to get approved usually? I withdrew some money on the 23rd, it has been 4 working days and still the wire's status is 'pending'.

Then you must have done something wrong. I've been using fileserve since they launched their service and i've been a premium user every since. I haven't faced a single problem with their service.

When you payed for your shit, you actually agreed to THEIR terms of service. Which means that you agreed to whatever the TOS said. So simply put, you CANT do whatever you want with your premium account.

They seem to be under a DDoS attack again.
