Flex, do you not know how to install RapidLeech? It's very VERY easy. I highly doubt they would not install rapidleech correctly. It takes 5 minutes.

I agree, I've seen this rule in other forums, in cleans up these sorta topics by great amounts. It also shows who the 'actual' hosts are on the forum. This should be made into a rule, I plus alot of members on this forum would love to see this taken into account by the staff here. Maze.
