Hi, It depends on your need, If you want to use it for hosting, i would suggest : Linux : Cpanel (based on my experience you should install it on Centos for more stable performance) Windows : Plesk (Win server 2008 R2 enterprise) for the VPS panel, mostly use SolusVM. hope it helps...
