That's what I thought, but the links are exactly the same & there is no link to a forum or anything, just the wupload link..
+ I have two downloads counted yesterday, a day where nothing that I did upload was published anywhere...
Weird, isn't it?
:)
Hi!
I uploaded a few files to wupload, and still didn't publish the link anywhere, and I did find out that some of these files were already on filestube.
Do you know how that works?
Does filestubes automatically index links from wupload?
If so, does it auto index files from other filehosts...
Hey, thanks for your input.
As you live there, do you know if that's considered legal there / is there has been any case yet?
Anyway, you can PM me URLs of nice DC if you want :)
Thx!
@GaiaFile: where is your company located?
And the servers?
Anyway, what is your privacy policy / when do you disclose personal information about a user?
Thanks!
Yeah, Estonia sounds good, but it's pretty hard to find a dedicated there..
Lot of nice opportunities in Ukraine... Has there been some cases copyright related there? (I know that there have been a few porn related, but don't know about linking or torrents of non porn content?)
About...
Thanks for your testimony Ufkabakan, privatelayer seems to be a nice host.
l0calh0st: I'm curious about different locations. Sweden is expensive too and the law there is not really clear... NL could be a good choice but only temporary IMHO, so i'm trying to find a place where it would be...
I'd say avoid US based registrar, like namecheap and the like.
I could recommend internet.bs (bahamas) & domainerschoice.com (china).
Real registrar, free whois privacy (or you can use fake info) & outside of the US / EU juridiction...
Yep, that's what I was asking.
I guess that they have some kind of policy and would have (at least) to give the information away if asked by the court of where they are located, but would like to hear what their policy is and which court that would be :)
Thanks for your answers!
That's a pretty interesting link MrSandvik:

Has there already been any court cases about / against warez linking or torrent sites?
izzatz: what do you mean 'GM'?
Thanks!
Hi there!
Do you know what legal in Switzerland?
Warez linking?
Torrent file hosting?
Torrent file / magnet linking?
I'm trying to find information about that but can't find much..
Thanks!
Yep, but with the Sinde Law, looks like things are changing in Spain - with the TPB cases, things are not at best in Sweden...
Canada seems like a pretty decent place...
Well it depends what you want.
If you want a multilingual site:
en.domain.tld
it.domain.tld for example can help you to have a better ranking in italan traffic - if you have enough backlinks to it.domain.tld pages.
domain.tld/it/page
domain.tld/en/page
can be fine as all backlink will go do...
