Wouldn't that be the default icon/image for user groups? I think it may be a mod.

Well technically I don't think there is a way to check specifically. All you can do is try downloading from other IPs and accessing the site from other networks. This would be the only way to actually tell I think. Can you still access the FileServe website?

Oh I had no idea, I'm sorry. I just really need to find a server that allows encoding so I can continue doing movies at a faster rate and getting them uploaded 10x faster as well.
