sorry for the question but what is the difference between downloader and uploader? edit: previous posts mention broken upload plugins for main filehosts like WU, FS, Fsc. Are they working?

It's already been 5 days since i issued cancellation ticket #852614 and yet no body bothered to reply me. Please reply because it is absurd that you are charging me another month after I got your cancellation confirmation e-mail... Are you sure that your ticket system is working properly?
