My bad, I meant it can't be saved as .png format but if you carry along the PSD or TIFF/EPS, transparency works fine.

If you are interested in user experience designing then you could take a course in it..? I worked in Canon printers user experience division. Ours was more into the UX of the display. Tbh, it's hard to find UX jobs - pretty rare imo. Unless of course you are confident enough to find a job then...

Why can't you just make one thread? Audacity is free and good but it's a little complicated. If you want something paid there is Soundbooth by Adobe as well as fruityloops.
