My personal opinion is that staff should start posting more webmastering tutorials. I mean right now there is 90% news and 10% web related threads. So that members would start posting things related starting forums and running them Staff members should take the lead.

firs thing you need to do is write down all the hosts that will provide you things you need. Then you should search them in google and look for reviews in here. After that you should have the clear picture on what hosts you can trust

Once i had the same problem. Delivery time was 3 weeks and i got tracking number after 2 weeks. Hong Kong postal service is shit but usually i got my tracking number in week or so.
